Salmon Fillet w/Oregon shrimp and dill

Here’s a product I keep buying over and over. It’s a salmon fillet shaped in a small circle and stuffed with cream cheese, bay shrimp, dill and cucumber. All the flavors mix beautifully. This one is best baked, covered slightly with foil and sitting on a small layer of olive oil. I have microwaved it a few times and don’t like the consistency as much. Only negative is that it’s a very small portion–it is like a dieter’s lunch portion. Also, the ingredients do not specify whether the salmon was farmed or wild, so I’ll assume it’s farmed.
