Grilled Portobella Mushroom & Bleu Cheese Sandwich

1 package Portobella Caps 2 slices Danish Bleu Cheese 1 teaspoon Trader Joe’s Reduced Fat Mayonnaise Sprouted 7-Grain Bread Shredded Romaine (optional) Grill portobella caps. When off the grill, layer with bleu cheese slices to melt. Top a piece of bread, followed by romaine if using. Spread mayo on another slice and top layers. Slice and Enjoy!
