Shepards Pie

1 pkg each of ground turkey/ground beef 2 cans Organic Vegetable/Lentil soup 1 small can tomato paste 1 pkg of frozen hash brown patties 1/2 onion (chopped) 2 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 cup each frozen peas/frozen corn add salt/pepper to taste Pre-Heat oven 350 degrees. Cook onions and garlic, add ground meat and cook until done. Drain liquid. Add soup and tomato paste and stir until mixed. Add frozen vegetables. Transfer to casserole dish. Top with hash browns. Bake for 30 minutes, until hash browns are to desired crispness. TJ doesn’t have the pre-made mashed potatoes any more, and I ran out of Tater Tots, but those could be substituted for the hash browns. I also chopped 2 stalks of celery to my version, but it’s probably optional.
