The moment I took my first bite of these ribs, the thought flashed in my head: Am I qualified to review these since my experience with ribs and bbq is very limited. I can’t speak as a bbq expert, but I can tell you these are delicious. The meat was good, but the sauce really stood out. They are pre-cooked and take only 30 minutes in the oven to heat up. One thing I realized, is that I will never eat ribs at a restaurant. The nature of these things encourages table manners I am too embarassed to write about let alone display in a public restaurant. I mean, I was practically drinking the sauce it was so good and messy. Best to eat ribs in the privacy of your home.
