1 Bag TJ’s Mushroom Risotto 1 Pckg Fresh Mushrooms 3/4 C Parmesan Cheese Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Cook Risotto according to directions minus 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan Cheese. Spoon into the mushroom caps generously . Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy as an appetizer or stuff Portabella mushrooms and enjoy as a side dish!
