Curry Simmer Sauce with Cauliflower & Paneer Cheese

1 jar Curry Simmer Sauce 1 head Cauliflower, Chopped 1 cup Paneer cheese, cubed Frozen jasmine rice, prepared as directed Steam cauliflower in 3 TBSP water covered with plastic in microwaveable dish for 5 minutes. Take out and drain. Mix in Curry Simmer Sauce and Paneer cheese. Stir; heat an additional 3 minutes only if necessary. Serve over jasmine rice.
