These low fat muffins have chunks of mango as well as cranberries and blue berries in them. They are moist and not too sweet. A large muffin (138 grams) has just 5 grams of fat and 220 calories. They are made with wheat bran and whole wheat flour and pack 10 grams of fiber in each. I sampled one in my local Massachusetts store and was told by the store captain that they are not seasonal, but may be in the East coast stores only because bakery items are typically locally made to be fresh, so they may not be available in your area.
