1 lb Chicken Thighs or Breasts 1 bag TJ Chili Lime Tortilla Chips (Crushed) 1 Tbs Lime Juice 2 Eggs 1 Tbs Water 1 jar salsa Preheat oven to 350F. Combine eggs and lime juice. Dip chicken into lime & egg mixture and then coat with crushed tortilla chips. Arrange on baking pan and bake for 15 minutes or until done. Serve over your favorite salsa! For those who like it hotter, add ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper to the crushed tortillas before you coat the chicken!
