SAUCE: ¾ cup whole berry Cranberry Sauce ½ cup dried currants ¼ tsp. allspice ¼ tsp gound ginger ¼ cup ruby port 1 wheel brie or 2 wedges brie ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped Combine the first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens – about 10 min. Remove top crust from brie and place on baking dish. Warm for 10 min at 350°. Pour sauce over brie and serve. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve with crackers!
