Now I’m a two-timer. I am in love with their 80% dark. But this has less cocoa, and so has a richer taste with very little bitter. Even the sound it makes when breaking it is the sound of a near-perfect chocolate. Easily can compete with Vahlrona. I have to limit myself on these babies! Now, if only TJ’s would start carrying Sharffen Berger’s new 60% milk…I’ve heard it is THE perfect chocolate.
