1 pkg. TJ Chile Flour Tortillas 1 container TJ Horseradish Hummus 1 pkg. Kayem Sliced Roast Beef 1 pkg. TJ Baby Spinach Leaves 1 jar TJ Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers, drained Spread thin layer of horseradish hummus on chile tortilla almost to the edge. Place spinach leaves over entire surface. Using 2 slices of roast beef per tortilla, lay them on top of spinach leaves, slightly overlapped. Put roasted peppers on top of beef down at one edge only. Starting with edge closest to you (where peppers are), roll tightly. Cut in half & serve. Serves 4-6
