1 package Lady Fingers 4 oz brewed coffee 1 cup jarred peaches 1-8 oz package mascarpone cheese 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup sugar 1 TBS cocoa Place Lady Fingers on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Pour coffee evenly over cookies just enough to soak in. Arrange peaches over cookies. Mix vanilla, sugar, and mascarpone, and spread over peaches. Chill for one hour. Sprinkle cocoa on top as garnish.
