One of the three sacred ingredients in the Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich (PBJ), and some would say the most important. As for creaminess, this is fairly creamy. Not as much as some commercial brands, which in truth are almost unnaturally smooth. This has a bit of graininess to it, to remind you that you are eating real food, not processed stuff. In the area of peanut flavor, this excels. It is made with Valencia peanuts, which I assume are very special, and may be resonsible for its clear, distinct peanut flavor. Also, the main ingredient. I didn’t specifically taste honey, though there is a pleasant sweetness. The salt is noticable. Not bad, but if you don’t like salted peanut butter, you might try something else instead. I normally wouldn’t buy the salted variety, but made an exception here. Jelly and bread mute the salted flavor though.
