Trader Joe’s frozen cooked shrimp Trader Joe’s frozen red bell pepper pieces Trader Joe’s frozen mango pieces Trader Joe’s basmati rice Heat oil in wok and stirfry red peppers till crisp-tender; add mangos and stirfry till thoroughly heated. Add shrimp (preferably thawed) and stir fry till all is hot and bubbly. Serve over cooked basmati rice. Note – some onion is a nice addition
