This stew is so thick, hearty and delicious, you would never guess it came from a jar. I didn’t have high expectations for the product, but simply heated and served with some chopped cilantro (which we almost always have on hand) it is so fresh tasting and flavorful. Also, it looked soupy in the jar, but is thick with potatoes, tomatoes, carrots and okra. Again, just shocking how fresh they taste. How do they do it?
