This dip has black bean dip, salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese and guacamole. The salsa is very tomato-ey. The dip tastes just like you think it would with all those flavors. It’s pretty good but not a regular buy for me. One way this dip could be improved is to work on the cheese which really clumps and falls off chips as soon as it goes on. Also, there is no amazing flavor to it. It’s good, but not oh-my-gosh-Trader-Joes-delicious. What I would like to do in the future is make nachos with some cheese and ground beef or refried beans and use this as a topping. Now I think that would be yummy.
