This is my default desert nowadays. I’ve had it maybe 15 times. The cake itself is fairly heavy, dense and rich, not fluffy. What I find unique here is the cream cheese icing, which- SURPRISE!- tastes like cream cheese, not sugar. More of an adult taste and an excellent choice.
