This sorbet has the pure taste, sweet flavor and texture of a fresh, ripe mango. I took some to an office party and had people fighting over the last few spoonfuls..it is really amazing-fragrant and silky. Despite the slightly pricey price, this has become a staple in my house. As a bonus – it’s kosher and lactose free.
