1 box TJ’s Pumpkin Bread Mix Preheat oven to 375. Prepare Pumpkin Bread Mix according to package directions except decrease the water from 1 cup to only 1/4 cup. Stir to dough-like consistency (do not use a mixer). Place spoonfuls of dough on a well oiled baking sheet. Make sure cookies are well spaced since they will expand quite a bit when baking. Place in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove cookies from pan and let cool on a rack. Once cooled, spread cookies with Pumpkin Butter Frosting. For the frosting: 1/3C Butter, softened 1 bag TJ’s Powdered Sugar 6T Half and Half 3T TJ’s Pumpkin Butter With a hand mixer, beat the butter. Starting with the sugar, alternate back and forth with a little sugar and then a little half and half to the butter while mixing until you have the desired consistency.
