middle easter inspired sliders

Ingredients 1 lb ground beef or lamb 1 egg 2 Tbs montreal grill seasoning 1/4 tsp cracked pepper 1/4 tsp cumin 1 tsp worchestershire sauce 1/4 -1/2 onion, slices sauce ingredients: 1/3 c fage yogurt (or any greek style yogurt) 2 tsp each chopped parsley and mint 2 dashes powdered garlic 1 Tbs tahini sauce 1 Tbs lemon juice 1/8 tsp white pepper 1 bag of mini pita pockets baby spinach or romaine lettuce sauce: mix yogurt, lemon juice, tahini, parsley, mint, garlic, white pepper. salt to taste. set aside. mix meat throughly with egg, seasoning, pepper, cumin, and worchestershire sauce. shape into little patties that are slightly wider in diameter than the mini pitas, 1/4″ thick. fry is non-stick pan with a little oil in med heat. before turning in 2-3 minutes, add onion slices to the pan wround the patties. either make a sandwich with two pitas, or slice the in half and stuff with meat patty, sauce, grilled onions and spinach/lettuce.
