Mama’s Mac & Cheese

2C TJ’s Pennette Pasta (or pasta of your choice) 1½C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1C 2% milk 1T butter ½t salt ¼t pepper 1) Cook and drain pasta according to directions. 2) Put cooked pasta in a medium saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients. 3) Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. 4) Add tomatoes and green chilies for a Southwestern kick!
