⅔C Milk 1⅓ Water ½T Salt ½T Pepper 1C Unsalted Butter 2C All Purpose Flour 10 Eggs or 1¼C Nulaid Egg Product 2C Parmesan Cheese, grated 1) Preheat oven to 375º 2) Place milk, water, salt, pepper and butter in a large saucepan over high heat & bring ot a boil. 3) Remove from heat & stir in flour. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the cheese. 4) Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until puffed and brown.
