Bool Kogi Salad

1 pkg TJ’s Bool Kogi (approximately 1½ lbs.) 1 pkg TJ’s Papaya Slices (9 oz.), diced 2 Persian Style Cucumbers, diced 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced 1 bag TJ’s Organic Herb Salad Mix (5 oz.) ½ bottle TJ’s Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette 1) Preheat broiler. Spread the Bool Kogi evenly on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for approximately 5-7 minutes (you do not need to turn the Bool Kogi over). Remove from oven and let cool. Cut into bite size pieces. 2) Combine the Bool Kogi with the remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
