Thai Curried Chicken with Jasmine rice

2 Bottles, Trader Joe’s Thai yellow curry sauce Trader Joe’s frozen chicken breast tenderloins (about 1/4 – 1/2 bag) 3 small red potatoes cut in chunks 1/2 onion cut into long slices 4 carrots, cut into large chunks Box of frozen Trader Joe’s jasmine rice In crockpot, add frozen chicken, potatoes, onion and carrots. Pour bottles of sauce over and stir together. Set on low and let cook for about 4 hours. Before serving, cook rice in microwave as directed. Serve curried chicken over rice.
