Sweet and simple toasted turkey and swiss sandwich

I used this exact recipe to try out for Chef Ramsey’s new show called MasterChef. Every single ingredient I used, I bought at Trader Joe’s. Before the taster took a bite he asked where I got the bread. I proudly told him, “Trader Joe’s”. I added, “I got everything at Trader Joe’s – Trader Joe’s is a mom’s best friend”. He yelled out loud – “I can’t believe that I’m about to eat a Trader Joe’s sandwich”! I didn’t make the cut, but I always feel like a master chef when I shop at Trader Joe’s! 2 Slices of sliced Sourdough Bread 3 Slices of Roasted Italian Turkey 1 Slice of Swiss Cheese 2 tbsp. of Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp. of Organic Apricot Preserve 1/4 cup of Organic Arugula Canola Spray Spray the sourdough bread with the canola and toast in the toaster till crispy and tan. Pull out the bread and spread one side with the dijon mustard, then lay the swiss cheese on top. Microwave (or toast) just until cheese melts (about 20 seconds). Spread the apricot preserve on the other slice of bread, lay down your turkey and finally, the arugula. Place the melted swiss side down on to the other side to create your finished sandwich and cut in half. So sweet, tangy, tart and satisfying all in one bite! Everyone will love it!
