Sausage and Pepper Pasta

‘-4 links of Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage -2 cups frozen bell pepper mix -4 cups of hot cooked Penne pasta -1 jar of Roasted Red Pepper Marinara Sauce -1 cup (8 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese -2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 1. Cook sausages in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes, until lightly browned and then remove them from the skillet to cool slightly. Cut sausages into 1/2-inch-thick slices. 2. Sauté peppers in the same skillet for 6 minutes, then add the sausage pieces and sauté for another 2 minutes. 3. Then add the sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and remove the skillet from the heat. 4. Stir in the mozzarella until melted. Serve the pasta with Parmesan prinkled on top.
