Roasted Vegetables With Grilled Chicken & Goat Cheese

This is quick, easy, and delicious, albeit slightly sodium-intense. Cook one bag of Fire Roasted Vegetables in Balsamic Butter Sauce per the directions. Add the pre-cooked grilled chicken strips partway through the veggie cooking and cook until heated through. Crumble goat cheese on top, stir in, and Voila! Heaven on a plate. Quick, easy, cheap, and really good!
