Quick Chicken Pot Pie

2 cans TJ Premium Chicken Stew 2 cups TJ Buttermilk Pancake Mix 2 1/2 TBSP butter 1 cups cold milk Pre-heat oven to 375 F Pour stew into 9×13 baking dish. Add baking mix and butter to a large bowl. Cut the butter into the mix until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Stir in the milk until it is just moistened. Do not over mix! Drop spoonfuls over the stew. Bake for 15 min or until golden.
