Lemon Pepper Fettuccini

1 Stick of Butter 5 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Pepper 1 Cup Whipping Cream 1 Cup Freshly Grated Asiago Cheese 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic 2 (8oz bags) Trader Joe’s Lemon Pepper Pappardelle Pasta Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add lemon juice and grated lemon peel and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in whipping cream and Asiago cheese. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat. Let stand uncovered at room temperature. Cook pasta. Drain well. Add pasta to sauce. Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle with additional Asiago Cheese if desired. Serves 4
