Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients: 1 can Trader Joe’s Black Bean Soup 1 can Trader Joe’s Black Beans, drained 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Salsa Autentica Trader Joe’s Red Chile Pepper Flakes, to taste 1 red onion, diced 1 cup Trader Joe’s Mexican shredded cheese Heat soup, black beans, salsa, and Chile Pepper Flakes together. Serve over brown rice. Garnish with red onion and cheese. Easy, healthy, and Yummy!
