Baked Celentani

SERVES 4-5 HUNGRY TRADER JOE SHOPPERS One 16 oz bag of Trader Joe’s Celentani pasta 1/2 jar of Trader Joe’s Organic Tomato Basil Marinara 1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Blend 6 tablespoons of Canoleo 100% Canola Margarine 1/2 cup of Garelick Farm’s Half & Half 1/2 of 12oz bag of Lisanatti Soy-Sation Shredded 3 cheese blend 1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper to give it a little kick 1 teaspoon of Trader Joe’s fine sea salt Can of Trader Joe’s 100% Canola Oil Spray to spray in the baking dish Preheat oven at 400 degrees 1. Boil the celentani pasta al dante which is about 6 minutes 2. put drained pasta in the same pot where it was boiled 3. put 6 tbsp of canola margarine in the pasta and mix it on low heat 4. add the remaining ingredients and mix it all together on low heat. after everything has been mixed, turn off the stove. 5. spray TJ’s Canola Oil spray in the bottom of the oven safe baking dish. The baking dish is about 7″-11″ size. 6. spread the entire mix into the baking pan 7. spread evenly the soy cheese on top of the pasta 8. cover it with tin foil and put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. This may vary depending on your oven. You can freeze the baked pasta and eat it another time.
