Apricot Chicken

TJ’s frozen Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat Fresh apricots (in season) or canned Chinese 5 Spice sauce This is a very simple recipe that will turn out a great chicken entree. Line a baking pan with tin foil, place the frozen chicken breasts in the pan. A couple of teaspoons full of TJ’s Chinese 5 Spice sauce over the tops of the chicken breasts. Slice apricots and arrange on and around the chicken. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the pan and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Voila. You’re done.
