5 Layer Black Bean Dip

2 cans TJ black beans, drained ¼ cup orange juice 1 clove garlic, minced ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. ground black pepper ½ tsp. olive oil 1 ½ cups guacamole 1 ½ cups sour cream 1 ½ cups diced tomatoes 1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, grated Puree first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor. Place bean mixture in bottom of a casserole dish, top with a layer each of guacamole, sour cream, tomatoes, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips!
