Spicy Beer Cheese Fondue

8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 8 oz. Jalapeno Jack Cheese, shredded 1 T. Flour 1 t. Dry Mustard 1 C. Samual Smith’s Winter Ale, or any other ale 1 T. Worcestershire 1 t. Crushed Red Pepper Dippers of your choice. Such as: cubed bread, blanched broccoli and cauliflower, gherkins, boiled new potatoes, grilled/sliced sausage, sliced apple Toss shredded cheeses together with flour and mustard. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add beer, worcestershire and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in the the cheese mixture. Continue whisking until all of the cheese is added and mixture comes to a slow boil. Transfer mixture to fondue pot to keep warm. Enjoy! Serves 2
