Shrimp and Crab Pasta With Sundried Tomatoes and Artichokes

1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 small red onion, diced 1 large clove garlic, crushed 1 large portobella mushroom, diced 1 jar marinated artichokes, rough chopped, reserve marinade 1/4 cup trader joe’s julienned sun dried tomatoes in olive oil, rough chopped 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, rough chopped 1/4 cup trader joe’s parmasean cheese 1/4 cup white wine dozen shrimp 1/2 cup crab meat 1/2 box rotini pasta, cooked salt & pepper 1. cook pasta 2. melt butter, add olive oil 3. add diced onion, cook until translucent, about 3 minutes 4. add garlic, saute for 1 minute 5. add diced mushroom, saute for 2-3 minutes 6. season with salt & pepper 7. add artichokes, sundried tomatoes,and parsley, saute for 2 minutes 8. add reserved marinade and wine. turn heat up and cook for 2 minutes or until reduced slightly. 9. stir in parmasean cheese. 10. Add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes 11. Add crab, cook 1 minute 12. Season with salt & pepper to taste 13. Stir mixture into pasta 14. Serve with a fresh sprinkle of parmasean and salt and pepper.
