Recession Soup

This soup makes dinner for TWO for FOUR nights and cost less than $25! Make it Sunday and you’ll have it for the entire work week. Oh, and it’s so yummy too!!! Perfect for the winter months. Ingredients: 2 cartons TJs Organic Creamy Tomato Soup 2 cans TJs Whole Kernel Corn 1 can TJs Black Beans 1 can TJs Red Kidney Beans 1 package TJs Chopped Onions, Garlic & Shallots blend 1 package Celery 2 tsps Olive oil 1 package TJs Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage 2 cups Brown Jasmine Rice Salt & Pepper to taste In a large pot, heat Olive Oil. Add Chopped Onions, Garlic & Shallots blend and bite-sized pieces of Chicken Sausage. When lightly browned, add tomato soups, corn, beans and cut-up celery. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let the soup cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. On the side, cook 2 cups of brown rice and keep in a separate container. Take a bowl, put in a few spoonfuls of rice and add the soup! If desired: sprinkle with TJs Shredded 3 Cheese Blend and dip with one of TJs great bread loaves. Reheat and Serve for the entire week!
