Pineapple Burritos

1 1/2 pound ground beef 3 tablespoon olive oil; divided 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/4 cup sweet red pepper; diced 1/4 cup green pepper; diced 1/4 cup green onions; sliced 3/4 cup Trader Joes Pineapple salsa 3/4 cup avocado; seeded; peeled; and diced 3/4 cup Queso Fresco cheese; grated 6 Trader Joes Habenaro lime flour tortillas In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil then add beef, cumin and chili powder. Cook until no longer pink; about 8 minutes. Add peppers, onions, and salsa and simmer on low for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add avocados and cheese. Divide mixture between the 6 tortillas; fold up the bottoms then roll tortilla shut. In another skillet heat remaining oil and carefully cook burritos 3 minutes on each side.
