Greek Turkey Burgers

1 package ground turkey breast 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove water 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/4 cup TJ’s green olive tapenade 1/4 cup TJ’s feta with mediterranean herbs 2 tsp. garlic salt 1 package whole wheat buns Toppings: Tj’s Tzatziki sauce Romaine lettuce leaves Sliced tomato Sliced red onion Sliced Pepperoncini peppers Mix first 6 ingredients well in a bowl and form into 6 bun-sized patties. Grill over medium heat about 8 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the center. Toast buns, if desired, and spread tzatziki sauce on top buns. Place burgers on bottom buns and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
