Egg Ribbon Fettuccine

sweet italian sausage extra virgin olive oil for frying 1 package of frozen chopped spinach 1 package of frozen broccoli 1 package of garlic fries 1 package of tri-color egg-ribbon pasta 1 tbsp butter 1C heavy cream 1/2C parmesan cheese Boil the sausage til tender, approximately 1 hour Remove from water, slice, drizzle with olive oil, brown in frying pan Saute spinach and broccoli in olive oil. Just before finished, add the garlic packet from fries. Cook pasta according to package (5 min). Drain, rinse. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, heat butter and cream to a boil, add pasta, add cheese. Toss in broccoli and spinach. Toss in sausage. Salt and Pepper to taste. This is something I make about once a week. It’s so easy! Best of all, I get every ingredient from TJs!!
