Fish Tacos with Broccoli Slaw and Micro Greens

TJ’s Fish Nuggets TJ’s organic broccoli slaw TJ’s organic micro greens TJ’s cilantro dressing TJ’s grated parmesan reggiano cheese fresh ground black pepper (or TJ’s 4 pepper medley), TJ’s corn tortillas lemon. Serves 8. Heat up fish nuggets as suggested on box in a conventional oven. You may microwave them but they come out crispy in a conventional oven. Mix 1/2 bag broccoli slaw and 1/2 container of micro greens in a mixing bowl. Add cilantro dressing to greens as much as desired and mix thoroughly. I like to just coat and not soak the greens in the dressing. Sprinkle a few teaspoons of grated parmesan reggiano cheese, again as much as desired to taste. Then add some fresh cracked black pepper (or pepper medley) to desired taste. Mix again thoroughly. Warm up the tortillas on a skillet or if you have a tortilla warmer. Assembly is 2 fish nuggets per tortilla, just a little squeeze of lemon, add slaw & greens mixture on top. Now enjoy!
