1/4 cup crumbled Salem Blue Cheese 1 7oz container of 2% Fage yogurt 2 teaspoons buttermilk 1 teaspoon worcesterchire sauce pinch of salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar Combine ingredients, let sit for 30 minutes or more. Serve on cold lettuce salad.
