Cilantro Barbecue Pulled Pork Salad

1 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lb pork loin 1 large onion 1 bottle TJ’s barbecue sauce salt and pepper and garlic to season 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups water 1 flour tortilla 1 scoop of rice 1 scoop of beans 1/2 cup of pulled pork 1 cup of lettuce 1/4 cup of salsa 1 tblspn of sour cream sprinkle some corn chips on top sprinkle cheese on top 1 tblspn of avacado cilantro dressing to taste 1 lime slice Put into crock pot and cook for 4 to 5 hours on low After cooking — take pork out and drain liquid leaving about 1 cup in pot Add 1 bottle TJ’s barbecue sauce and about 1/2 cup brown sugar to pot and stir together on plate cut and pull the pork into nice size pieces and then return to pot simmer again for about 1/2 hour Warn up TJ’s frozen brown rice (the whole box) per pkg directions 1 can of TJ’s black beans (drained) I head of chopped lettuce 2 cups shredded mild or sharp cheese 1 jar TJ’s Salsa Mild 1 8oz container sour cream 1 bag of TJ’s corn chips (crunched up) 1 lime sliced 1 pkg flour tortillas (warmed up) 1 bottle TJ’s Cilantro salad dressing Arranging plates: 1 flour tortilla 1 scoop of rice 1 scoop of beans 1/2 cup of pulled pork 1 cup of lettuce 1/4 cup of salsa 1 tblspn of sour cream sprinkle some corn chips on top sprinkle cheese on top 1 tblspn of avacado cilantro dressing to taste 1 lime slice Serves about 4 to 6 people This salad is to die for– and so easy to make—So Enjoy !!!!
