This soup comes in the tetra pack and is my 2nd favorite next to the Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato soup. It’s an interesting color, but the sweetness of the corn is nicely offset by the spiciness poblano pepper. This soup is even better with some of the frozen fire roasted corn and fresh crab meat stirred in.
