Sesame Soba Noodles with Asian Vegetables

Hmmmm…can’t quite figure this out. On a positive note, it only takes 3 minutes to microwave – decent nutritional info (3.5 fat, 8 grams protein, about 20% of your sodium). Interesting shredded vegetables and scrambled-egg-looking tofu pieces/slices. When I opened the container after cooking – I experienced an overwhelming aroma of Italian salad dressing. Yeah – I know…weird. I guess it’s really just the vinegar that is used in the sauce – but it’s too strong, in my opinion. I thought I’d get a great, sesame-flavored soba noodle dish – instead it was very “viniagrette based”. Decent – but not what I expected. Such a distinct flavor that it will probably not make my “buy again” list.
