Gnocchi al Gorgonzola

Oh. My. God. This is almost as yummy as my favorite dish at my favorite San Francisco Italian restaurant. It’s ridiculously easy to make–a few minutes in an olive-oiled skillet. I’ve even thrown in some spinach and prosciutto for a fabulous seemingly-homemade dinner for guests. The package supposedly serves four, but is actually two VERY small portions. So, so good.
