Gluten Free Frozen Pizza Crusts

This NEW gluten free pizza crust is AH-MAZ-ING! Is this imported from Italy!? WOW! Even more amazing, it is only $3.69 for two “large crusts.” Most other gluten free crusts are like $5 for one gooey or cracker-like crust that has nothing in common with traditional pizza crust except they are kind-of round. Trader Joe’s gluten free stone-baked pizza crust is ready for your toppings, just pull from freezer and defrost while oven is preheating. Add your favorite toppings and place in oven for ~10 minutes then serve. It is so simple even for older kids coming home from school. Trader Joe’s gluten free pizza crust has no allergens: no dairy, no soy, no egg, no allergens, PERIOD!! Think how easy it will be to serve this pizza for school birthday parties and not worry about having an EpiPen around. This crust is made first with buckwheat, not rice – I like that! Rice crusts are always mushy and gooey in the center and limp after 1-minute from oven. Buckwheat is naturally gluten free (yes, I googled it). Maybe buckwheat is the “good cousin” of evil wheat gluten? Plus, it’s a good source of fiber. Yay!! Finally I found a pizza that my whole family can enjoy and not make any sacrifice. This gluten free pizza is delicious when compared to any pizza dough Who needs gluten! Oh, it is also delicious just as flat bread. I just lightly spread with olive oil and salt and baked a few minutes until hot. Perfect-o! Thank you Trader Joe’s, Thank you, THANK YOU!!
