Fire Roasted Vegetables with Balsamic Butter Sauce

“Wow!” That’s what my husband said the first time I made these vegetables. The bag is a mix of frozen baby carrots, green beans, bell pepper strips, mushrooms and pearl onions with little nuggests of balsamic butter. As the mixture cooks (We microwave it just fine) the butter nuggets melt, resulting in a pool of sweet-tart buttery sauce. A VERY generous amount of sauce results, so most times we wind up dipping whatever is on our plate in the sauce. Sometimes I wish I could just buy the sauce seperately because I think it would make a tasty sauce for Chicken, Fish, Rice…
