Fire Roasted Summer Corn Salad

1 Bag Frozen Fire Roasted Corn 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Mango 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion Opt. 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Fennel Juice of 1/2 Grapefruit 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Talespoons of Honey Salt & Pepper to Taste Defrost Corn, mix all together and Refrigerate. Can be made a day ahead of time, let sit at least one hour for flavors to marry. Great for BBQ and Pot Lucks….
