Colossal Shrimp in Garlic and Herbs

These jumbo gulf shrimp are in the frozen section and make a really fancy appetizer. We served them at a party and they were a big hit. They are in the shell, but easily come out with a cocktail fork. They go straight from the freezer to the oven (12 minutes) and taste great. Next time we get them, we will try them out in a scampi dish and report back.
