Cioppino Seafood Stew

Very delicious Cioppino. It cooks in 10 minutes tops. Full of good quality seafood too–cod, shrimp, scallops, and mussels, and they don’t scrimp on the portions of seafood. The tomato sauce boils down to a thick consistency, and you end up with a large bowl to serve 1 hungry person, or 2 small “cup” size portions.
